At the sales counter

Look up or scan an item, ring up the sale, and keep the receipt and transaction history in your workspace. Supported receipt printers, labels, cash drawers, and signature capture can be configured during setup. A missing printer or disconnected drawer does not have to stop a sale.

Retail Core covers ordinary retail. Dealer Operations adds serialized-firearm and firearm-label workflows. Compare what each package includes.

Inventory and online orders

Manage your own local products, prices, and stock. The Online Store package provides a branded storefront and online-order tools without counter POS. Full Scope Complete combines the storefront with Dealer Operations so your local and online inventory stay connected.

You choose your suppliers and place your own orders. Connected distributor feeds depend on the package and suppliers Full Scope currently supports. Your distributor accounts and any outside fees remain yours.

For firearm retailers

Dealer Operations and Full Scope Complete support serialized retail inventory, firearm labels, receiving-FFL tools, and an optional connection to FastBound. FastBound remains the official A&D bound-book and electronic Form 4473 system; Full Scope does not replace either record. You contract with and pay FastBound directly. What setup looks like

1. Print and complete the dealer inquiry PDF. Include copies of its API page for the connections you want configured.
2. Email clear scans or photos to support@fullscopepos.com. We review the information and confirm an estimated start date or capacity delay before accepting a setup fee.
3. After you accept an available setup slot, we configure your isolated installation and review the working service with you. There is no self-service activation.
