Privacy Notice
C&S Ventures of Polk LLC d/b/a Full Scope POS (“Full Scope,” “we,” or “us”) operates the hosted Full Scope POS platform. Each subscribing dealer controls its own retail records and chooses its workers and optional outside connections.
Information we process
- Dealer business, location, domain, package, configuration, policy, and onboarding information.
- Named staff contact, role, authentication, session, device, security, and activity information.
- Customer contact, address, cart, order, sale, receipt, return, fulfillment, and optional website-account information entered through a dealer’s service.
- Product, inventory, serial, supplier, purchasing, pricing, shipment, and fulfillment information used by the dealer.
- Subscription package, invoice, payment status, accepted-term version, cancellation request, and support-case evidence.
- Logs, audit events, encrypted credentials and documents, backups, exports, release health, and security evidence needed to operate and protect the service.
Full Scope does not store raw payment-card numbers or security codes for its own subscriptions. It does not create or retain a Form 4473 as an official Full Scope record.
How we use information
We use information to configure and provide the selected service; authenticate users; process dealer-authorized retail workflows; maintain isolated inventory, orders, receipts, and exports; calculate charges; deliver notices; answer support requests; prevent abuse; investigate incidents; back up and recover the service; and meet accounting, tax, dispute, and legal obligations.
We do not sell dealer or customer personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers and optional connections
Full Scope uses InterServer for hosting, SMTP2GO for platform email delivery, and PayPal for Full Scope subscription payments. Depending on a dealer’s selected service, optional connections may include Zoho for dealer website mail, Authorize.Net/CyberSource or another accepted gateway for dealer retail payments, FastBound or another accepted outside A&D/e4473 provider, supported distributors, and Google/YouTube for public tutorial hosting.
An optional service receives information only when it is enabled and used for that dealer. Supplier catalog connections are read-only unless an entirely separate capability is expressly approved; Full Scope does not automatically send suppliers customer orders or place supplier orders.
PayPal hosts Full Scope subscription checkout and handles payment credentials under PayPal’s terms. Full Scope retains the accepted package, invoice, status, verified-payment evidence, and limited opaque or hashed processor references.
Dealer isolation and security
Each dealer has isolated database, configuration, credentials, documents, media, backups, migrations, and exports. We use secure sessions, named accounts, role checks, encryption, abuse controls, signed staged releases, verified recovery points, and documented support procedures.
Full Scope’s named platform administration account is separate from Dealer credentials. Before accessing Dealer records for a support case, Full Scope will obtain the Dealer Owner’s written permission and document the work performed. Permission for one Dealer’s case does not authorize access to another Dealer’s records, and closing a case does not disable Full Scope’s platform administration account. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
Cookies
The service uses cookies necessary for login, checkout, authorized actions, fraud prevention, and session security. The current approved service does not use advertising cookies or behavioral-profiling services.
Retention, export, and account closure
Active service records and recoverable backups are retained as needed to provide, secure, audit, recover, and export the service. A billing notice does not automatically delete dealer data or block complete-export access.
For a genuinely unpaid balance, ordinary use may be restricted at day 15 while billing, support, and complete-export access remain available. At day 30, Full Scope prepares a verified final complete export and recovery checkpoint and arranges secure delivery before routine new backups stop. Day 90 is a human closure review, not an automatic deletion event.
At closure, eligible dealer-runtime data may be anonymized or cryptographically erased only after export and recovery are verified, delivery is addressed, and no dispute, security need, legal hold, or still-protected backup prevents completion. Protected backup copies expire according to their existing verified schedule and are not silently represented as deleted early.
Full Scope may retain the minimum separate records needed for its own agreements, invoices, tax and accounting obligations, verified payment status, security incidents, disputes, and final disposition audit. This does not authorize a continuing copy of the closed dealer’s customer, inventory, supplier, firearm, document, or database contents.
Requests and choices
An authorized Dealer Owner may request access to or a complete export of the Dealer’s information through the authenticated service. Individuals may contact the dealer that collected their retail information or contact Full Scope at support@fullscopepos.com. We verify a request before returning or changing private information.
Applicable privacy rights vary by location and relationship. We will respond as required by applicable law and may request information necessary to verify identity and authority.
Security incidents
Full Scope may isolate an affected capability or installation, preserve evidence, investigate, and use verified recovery procedures. We notify affected parties as required by applicable law after relevant facts are verified. We do not promise 24/7 staffing or a fixed incident-resolution time.
Children and changes
Full Scope POS is a business service and is not directed to children. Dealer storefront age and product rules are separate and depend on the dealer, product, and destination.
We version this notice. Material changes will be presented through the service or the dealer’s accepted renewal/change process before they apply when required.
