Full Scope POS Service Terms
These business-to-business terms are between C&S Ventures of Polk LLC d/b/a Full Scope POS (“Full Scope”) and the business identified on an accepted order form (“Dealer”). The order form, these terms, and the Privacy Notice form the service agreement.
1. The service
Full Scope provides managed, cloud-hosted retail software. The selected order form identifies the package, setup fee, monthly price, included simultaneous POS workstations, optional hardware and outside connections, and the authorized Dealer Owner.
Full Scope is not a law firm, accounting service, payment processor, supplier, firearm distributor, official A&D bound book, background-check service, or Form 4473 provider. The Dealer remains responsible for its business, tax, supplier, payment, and regulatory decisions.
2. Packages and use
The current package descriptions and prices are published on the Packages and Pricing page and are incorporated into the accepted order form. Every package permits unlimited individually named staff accounts and one business location. Additional simultaneous POS workstations are $10 per month each.
The Dealer may use the service for its own lawful business during the paid term. It may not resell access, share accounts outside its business, defeat access controls, probe another dealer’s installation, or copy or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
3. Managed setup and acceptance
Production setup is managed. The normal setup target is within two weeks after Full Scope receives all required information and accepts an onboarding slot, but this is not a guaranteed deadline. Full Scope may offer an uncharged waitlist when capacity is full.
No payment is collected while the Dealer remains on the waitlist. After Full Scope accepts an onboarding slot and receives a complete intake, the Dealer enrolls through PayPal and pays the nonrefundable setup fee before configuration begins. The first monthly subscription cycle is $0. Full Scope activates the production service only after the Dealer accepts that the configured service is functioning.
The $0 monthly cycle begins at enrollment. A delay caused by the Dealer, including missing information, credentials, decisions, or access, does not restart or extend that cycle. If a delay caused by Full Scope would leave fewer than 15 calendar days between functioning-service acceptance and the first regular monthly charge, Full Scope will defer or credit that charge as needed to preserve the complete 15-day exit window.
4. Billing, taxes, and changes
PayPal is the initial subscription collector. Payment credentials are entered with and retained by PayPal; Full Scope does not store raw card numbers or security codes. Cancelling an automatic PayPal payment does not itself cancel this agreement.
The recurring billing day follows the PayPal subscription enrollment date, using PayPal’s supported month-end handling when that calendar day does not exist in a later month. The first cycle is $0; normal monthly billing begins with the following cycle, subject to the Full Scope delay protection in Section 3. An accepted upgrade begins on the effective date shown in the written change. A downgrade takes effect at the next eligible renewal, after required dependencies are reviewed, and does not create a retroactive partial-month credit.
The monthly package price will not change during the initial 12-month commitment. After that term, Full Scope will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before a changed package price applies.
Florida: Full Scope charges applicable Florida state sales tax and county discretionary surtax on subscription, setup, additional workstation, hardware, shipping, and other Full Scope charges billed to a Florida customer. An ordinary business purchase, LLC, EIN, or FFL is not treated as a resale exemption. A legally recognized exemption requires valid documentation before billing.
Outside Florida: Full Scope does not collect another state’s tax until Full Scope is required to register and collect there under that state’s rules, including any applicable economic-nexus threshold or physical-presence rule. Once collection is required, applicable taxes are added to the invoice. State requirements differ; no single nationwide threshold is promised.
PayPal processes payments but does not determine, report, or remit Full Scope’s sales-tax obligations.
5. Initial term, exit window, and cancellation
The initial commitment is the first 12 paid monthly cycles after the $0 cycle. After those 12 paid months, service continues month to month until cancelled under these terms.
A 15-calendar-day exit window begins when the Dealer accepts the functioning configured service. If the Dealer exits during that window, the setup fee remains nonrefundable once setup work has begun, but no regular monthly payment or early-termination charge is due. This does not limit correction of an erroneous charge or a right that applicable law does not permit the agreement to waive.
After the exit window and before the initial commitment ends, the early-termination charge is the lesser of the remaining monthly payments or three monthly payments at the Dealer’s current package price. The charge is waived if Full Scope materially fails to provide the contracted service and does not cure the failure within 30 calendar days after authenticated notice.
After the initial commitment, the Dealer may cancel before the next renewal without an early-termination charge, and service continues through the already-paid period. Cancellation begins through the authenticated Full Scope request page. Full Scope presents the proposed effective date and any early-termination amount for review; a request alone does not move money, issue a refund, change data, or cancel PayPal.
6. Nonpayment and closure
Full Scope uses the reconciled invoice balance, not one isolated processor notice. Before day 15 after a genuinely unpaid due amount, service remains in a notice-and-resolution grace period. At day 15, ordinary use may be restricted while authenticated billing, support, and complete-export access remain available.
At day 30, Full Scope prepares a verified final complete export and recovery checkpoint and arranges secure delivery before routine new backups stop. Day 90 is a human closure review, not automatic deletion. Undelivered export, unverified recovery, an active dispute or legal hold, or a still-protected backup blocks any claim that all eligible data has been removed.
Closing Full Scope service does not change or close the Dealer’s supplier, payment-gateway, or A&D/e4473-provider accounts.
7. Dealer data, security, and support access
The Dealer owns its business records. Each dealer’s database, configuration, credentials, documents, media, backups, migrations, and exports are isolated. Full Scope processes those records only to provide, secure, recover, update, troubleshoot, and support the service.
Full Scope uses named accounts, role checks, encrypted private credential storage, audit trails, signed staged releases, and verified recovery points. No system can promise absolute security.
Full Scope maintains its own named, MFA-protected platform administration account, separate from Dealer credentials. It does not use a Dealer password for support. Before accessing Dealer records to diagnose or repair a support issue, Full Scope will obtain the Dealer Owner’s written permission and document the case and work performed. A Dealer’s permission for one support case does not give Full Scope permission to access another Dealer’s records or disable Full Scope’s platform administration account when the case ends.
8. Support and updates
Support begins through support@fullscopepos.com. The target is a first human response within two business days, Monday through Friday excluding published holidays. This is not a guaranteed resolution time, 24/7 staffing promise, emergency service-level agreement, telephone-support promise, or live-chat promise.
Full Scope provides proven shared security corrections, defect fixes, tax-correctness fixes, backups, export access, and managed-platform updates. Emergency code rollback normally preserves current Dealer data rather than replacing it with an older backup.
9. Suppliers, payments, and regulated services
The Dealer chooses suppliers and places supplier orders. Full Scope does not automatically transmit orders or substitute a different product. Distributor connections require the Dealer’s eligible account and credentials and are limited to integrations Full Scope currently supports.
Dealer retail-payment processing is separate from Full Scope subscription billing. The Dealer is responsible for its retail processor account, fees, disputes, refunds, and compliance.
FastBound is the currently supported optional A&D/e4473 connector. When enabled, FastBound remains the official record system. Full Scope does not create a second official bound book or Form 4473 record. The Dealer contracts with and pays FastBound directly; FastBound subscription fees are not included in Full Scope pricing. The Dealer is responsible for provider credentials, official-record review, and confirming that provider actions completed.
10. Hardware
Optional hardware is a separate sale and is subject to availability, tax, and shipping. The target $449 configured Lenovo package includes the listed tablet, basic folio/stand, pen, Full Scope installation, secure enrollment, and acceptance testing. Subscription, internet, printers, and scanners are separate unless the order form says otherwise. The private tablet application is supported only on Full Scope-supplied and configured tablets at first release.
11. Dealer responsibilities and complete agreement
The Dealer must provide accurate setup information, protect credentials, assign appropriate staff roles, maintain required outside accounts, use the service lawfully, review tax and regulated decisions, and promptly report suspected misuse or inaccurate data.
A later order-form change or material term revision must be accepted as a new version; it does not silently rewrite the Dealer’s earlier agreement or transaction history. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue. These terms do not waive rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
Questions and authenticated notices may be sent to support@fullscopepos.com. Put “Legal Notice” in the subject line for a formal contract notice.
