Packages and pricing
Every package includes unlimited individually named staff accounts, managed updates, isolated dealer data, and complete export access. One business location is included.

Workstations and staff
A workstation is a simultaneously active point-of-sale device, not a staff login. Additional simultaneous POS workstations are $10 per month each. Named staff accounts are unlimited. Multistore service is not included at first release.
Managed setup
Ready to ask about a setup date? Print and complete the dealer inquiry PDF, including a copy of its API page for each connection you want us to set up, then email clear scans or photos to support@fullscopepos.com.
Production setup is managed; there is no self-service activation. The normal target is within two weeks after all required information is complete and an onboarding slot is accepted. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. If capacity is full, Full Scope may offer an uncharged waiting list.
A setup inquiry is free. We confirm availability and an estimated start date before accepting a setup fee; if capacity is full, we can offer a free place in the queue. After an onboarding slot is accepted and the dealer provides a complete intake, the nonrefundable setup fee is paid before configuration begins. The first monthly subscription cycle is $0, and normal monthly billing starts with the following cycle. Production service is activated only after the dealer accepts that the configured service is functioning.
The $0 cycle begins at enrollment and dealer-caused delays do not extend it. If a Full Scope delay would leave fewer than 15 days after functioning-service acceptance before the first regular charge, Full Scope will defer or credit that charge to preserve the complete 15-day exit window.
Optional configured tablet
The target price for a Full Scope-supplied and configured Lenovo ZAG70917US tablet package is $449 before tax and shipping, subject to current cost and availability. It includes the basic folio/stand, pen, Full Scope installation, secure enrollment, and acceptance testing. The subscription, internet, printers, and scanner are separate unless a written order form says otherwise.
Separate outside costs
Payment processing, domain registration, supplier accounts, shipping, hardware, and unsupported custom work are separate unless the accepted order form expressly includes them. FastBound is the currently supported A&D/e4473 provider for Dealer Operations and Full Scope Complete. Dealers contract with and pay FastBound directly; its subscription is not included in Full Scope pricing. View FastBound plans and pricing. Full Scope charges no percentage of the dealer’s retail sales.
Before setup begins
Your written order form will identify the exact package, setup fee, workstations, outside services, hardware, applicable tax, $0 first monthly cycle, and normal billing date. The initial commitment is the first 12 paid months after the $0 cycle. Review the Service Terms and Privacy Notice.
