Use equipment you already own where supported
Check your equipment before buying anything new.
You may already have equipment that works with Full Scope POS. Send us the exact model numbers and how each device connects, and we will review your setup before recommending replacements.
The models below have passed the listed workflows. Compatibility depends on the model, connection, installed software and configuration—not just the brand name. Hardware is separate from your subscription unless your written order includes it.
Windows counter equipment
- Rongta RP326 — 80 mm receipt printing
- Tested Windows receipt route using the approved Rongta driver and Full Scope hardware service. Configure it for the workstation during setup.
- DYMO LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo — inventory labels
- Tested with DYMO Connect for native 30252 firearm labels and 30332 ordinary price labels. Roll selection is configured for the accepted label layouts.
- iDPRT SP310 — inventory labels
- Tested Windows USB route for 30252 firearm labels and 30332 price labels, using the approved driver and Full Scope helper.
- Scriptel ST1551 EasyScript — signature capture
- Tested in the counter-sale signature workflow. Other EasyScript models need individual testing. Scriptel ProScript models and Topaz pads are not currently confirmed compatible.
- Keyboard-style barcode scanners — item scanning
- USB or wireless-receiver scanners that type scanned data into the selected field are the supported baseline. We check the exact scanner with your item barcodes during setup. This is not a promise of driver's-license scanning or ID verification.
Configured tablet equipment
The Full Scope tablet app is currently supported on Full Scope-supplied and configured tablets, not arbitrary Android tablets or iPads. See the configured Lenovo ZAG70917US package for current details.
- iDPRT SP320 — Bluetooth label printing
- Tested with the enrolled Full Scope Android tablet for supported price-label and firearm-tag workflows. Pairing and the managed app are required; this is a different route from the Windows SP310.
- Volcora 500203 — Bluetooth receipt printing
- Tested with the enrolled tablet for receipts and the attached compatible cash drawer. Bluetooth pairing and Full Scope configuration are required.
- Keyboard-style scanner input
- The configured tablet accepts supported keyboard-style scanner input. Confirm the exact scanner, connection and barcode workflow during setup.
Cash drawers, ordinary printers and card terminals
Cash drawers: tested configurations trigger a compatible drawer through the selected RP326 or Volcora receipt printer. Connector shape alone does not establish compatibility; the drawer's wiring and electrical requirements must match the printer. No separate universal USB or Bluetooth drawer support is implied.
Ordinary printing: normal browser printing and PDF output remain available for receipts and invoices. That does not guarantee native thermal printing, automatic cutting, cash-drawer operation or correctly sized labels on an untested printer.
Card terminals: you can use your own independent card terminal and record the completed payment in the POS. This is a separate-terminal workflow, not a claim that Full Scope directly controls every terminal or processor.
Already have a counter setup?
Email support@fullscopepos.com with the make/model of your computer or tablet, printers, scanner, signature pad and drawer, plus the connection type (USB, Bluetooth or network). A photo of the model label can help; please leave out customer information, passwords and payment details.
We will identify which listed routes fit and what needs testing before you purchase replacements. An unlisted device is not automatically incompatible, but it is not confirmed supported.
Existing dealers: visit Workstation Printers & Cash Drawer in your workspace for available drivers, workstation settings and optional connection tests. Watch the tutorials or compare packages.
